Time to kick the habit

Alright,iv decided to give up smoking. I know its gonna be hard but it will be well worth it in the end. Wish me luck

I watched my Mom die of lung cancer in 1999 at 60 yrs.old.It's a nasty way to go.And I still continued to smoke even after seeing what happend to her.I don't want my kids to have to watch that happen to me.
So it's time for me to kick the habit.Addictions are awful habits.

Lol, what I ment by I wouldn't survive is my life is extremly stressfull. Everyone that knows in in Rl knows how things are at my house and all the shit I have to go through on a dialy basis. When I move out I am quiting. But until then im not.

Really it hasn't effected me that much, I can still ride my bike 40+ miles a day and walk 15+ miles a day. So really until it effects me worse im goin to keep on trucking.

I can ride 40+ miles easy. Im very much in shape. Im like 6' and 145 pounds.
